Team Buzz Cut

I will officially declare myself a huge nerd. Ever heard of the show The Big Bang Theory. It has these huge nerds as well, plus one decently attractive female who lacks certain mental capacities that they enjoy.

One variation of an age old game has risen in popularity to this show, Rock Paper Scissors Lizard Spock. With the two new additions, the game now has a decreased likelihood for a tie.

Now back to why I am a nerd. A huge one at that. The other day I, using a program called MatLAB created a program to stimulate the user playing the game, but not with one but two computer players. Alas, I can now play whenever I so feel inclined too, and with no way of guaranteeing victory, it is a truly fair way to play. But once again, I am a huge nerd...

Day 30: The End

Day 30. Your highs and lows of this month!
Its hard to believe sometimes that time can fly so fast. Yet other times, you couldn't even call it that, moving so slow there is no way it could even take off. I personally do not think of much to these past thirty days. I was successful, for the most part, in making sure to do each post topic. Some were better than others, and others were not really good. I did get a pretty awesome day of snowboarding in which would probably be the biggest high but otherwise there were not really any considerable highs or lows. I really wish I had more to add but sometimes that just how the cookie crumbles.

Day 29: Packing My Bags

Day 29. Goals for the next 30 days.
I return to school tomorrow after a nice Spring Break. Two months from now I will be back home for the Summer. I love school yet being away from home has truly changed how I feel about this little town.

For the next month I suppose there are a few things that I would like accomplish:
-Perform successfully in the Drill Competition, Eager Squad
-Not waste money, money to spend on needs rather than wants
-Kick butt in the Squad Tactical Challenge
-Succeed academically, want to get that GPA up

Day 28: Handlebars

Day 28. Something that you miss
I am a guy who remembers things way to well. For myself, even the small things can trigger an old memory, just the passing notice of some random object related will do that. I remember those good times that I had, and it can sometimes makes me sad. I would love to experience those times again but that won't happen. The only thing I can reveille in is the opportunity for new memories.

Day 27: Making Eggs

Day 27. A problem that you have had
I have never been the best when it comes to finances. Whenever I come into any sort of money, I do not have the natural tendency to save it but rather allow myself become loose with my money. Especially when it comes to food. Whenever I have money I eat out a lot more often. It doesn't help that I love to eat so there goes all my money.

Random Facts About Me:
1)Winter is my favorite season of the year but the whole time I day dream about sailing, almost to the point where I can not wait for winter to be over.
2)My number one listened to song on my iTunes is Alligator Sky by Owl City. I like it cause of the rap portion by Shawn Chrystopher.
3)Whenever I plan something, I always overdo it. I do things like account for the possibility of traffic and the like by leaving early.

6)Whenever I find a song that I like, I look for covers of it, spending plenty of time on Youtube just trying to find some good ones.

9)I visit Collegehumor practically every day. Its part of my morning ritual, hopefully to find something really funny.
10)I want to learn how to do snowboarding tricks on terrain parks. But I think I might be to cautious to take that chance. I think next year I really am gonna take the chance.

Day 26: Dork in a Hoodie

Day 26. What kind of person attracts you.
This topic seems pretty straight forward. To me at least I feel like I am to describe my perfect girl. So here it goes, the girl who would most likely make me happy:
-I have to find her cute
-She needs to be kind of smart, someone who I can discuss things with
-Must be nice
-Not needy but should need me
-Be willing to make some of the decisions
-Have a decent sense of humor
-Willing to put up with my ramblings
-Likes my taste in music
-Should like the idea of just watching tv and talking for hours

I don't see much more that I would need. Honestly, I think I am a simple guy, and it doesn't take very much to make me happy.

Day 25: Out of Hashbrowns

Day 25. Someone who fascinates you and why.
This is not an easy question for me to answer, as I feel that there is not really anyone who fascinates me. Most of my life I have notice the way people act and think and that in itself is something that I do find interesting but to choose a specific person is not the issue. Its just that I don't have a list of people that could possibly fill this role.

Went on a snowboarding trip to make some good use of Spring Break. Got lucky that it began to snow as we arrived, and with the snow machines on full blast we got a huge fog with so much snow. The powder was so deep that there were times that I could not even see my board at some times. Who knew my best time hitting the slopes would be during Spring Break.

Day 24: Snowing Spring Break

Day 24. Your favorite movie & what it’s about.

Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World. The tale of an awkward teenager as he moves on from an ex towards a new girl who he falls in lesbians with and is willing to fight seven evil exes who want to destroy Scott. That seems like a simple description of what is my favorite movie. I loved it the first time I watched it, when it instantly became my favorite film.

Day 23: Getting Closer

Day 23. Give pictures of 5 guys who are famous whom you find attractive
I remember saying how I was gonna do thirty posts in thirty days as per my Mandate to Change the Game Plan, but now we have truly hit a road bump. Simply enough I am a male. Very easy to determine where this might be going. Now point two, I am a straight male. Therefore I will change the topic just a bit, but I feel since I am changing the rules, I might as well add a little work in only to make it slightly fair. So here it is:

Day 23. Give pictures of 5 guys [girls] who are famous whom you find attractive [and your 5 favorite guy television characters].

5) Ellen Wong

4) Caitlin Hart

2) Tiffany Alvord

2)Olivia Wilde

1)Zooey Deschanel

So, I lied, I decided that I do not exactly have five favorite characters but rather several pairings from five different shows.

5) Harvey Specter and Mike Ross from Suits

4) Shawn and Gus from Psych

3) Troy and Abed from Community

2) Turk and JD from Scrubs

1) Ted, Marshall, and Barney from How I Met Your Mother

Day 22: Home, Home, Home

I realized when I returned home today from hanging out during my first day of spring break that I never actually posted day 22. That's a problem but I realized a loophole. I have yet to go to sleep today so I will therefore say it is still day 22. I do apologize for its shortness:
Day 22. How have your changed in the past 2 years.
I personally do not believe I have changed to terribly in the past two years. I know for certain that not only am I taller by maybe less than an inch, as well I stand taller now. I definitely no longer let my hair grow out for several months before cutting it. I am a lot more calmer person, less annoying and I think a bit more before I talk, but not by much more. Otherwise I simply do not find myself able to identify more than just those.

Day 21: Rainy Days

Day 21. One of your favorite shows.
As a child I grew up watching a couple shows, but there was one most predominant. That show was Friends, which I have many fond moments and even enjoy watching the occasional rerun. But it never was my show, something that I could entirely enjoy.

About seven years ago, a TV show premiered, one with a simple premise. From that pilot I was captivated. I could not get enough, and after each episode I was unable to stop guessing at who could the woman he was telling this story about. Simple enough, I fell in love with How I Met Your Mother and now seven seasons later I still look forward to those Monday night episodes.

Day 20: Dreams of Summer

Day 20. How important you think education is.
They say you need an education to get a job. A college degree will be the only way to survive. That flipping burgers is the only option out of high school. Of course there are those that succeed without a degree although typically there lives have had more shares of rough spots.

For me it is not all about the degree. I love to learn, simple as that. In college you are given the opportunity to take more diverse courses, choose your own path. That is what I want to do. I simply want to learn what I want to learn.
